1. Service Nature
Our News Website Development packages are digital and customized services. Every website is developed according to the selected package features and customer requirements.
Because of the nature of digital services, refunds are only applicable under specific conditions mentioned below.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a refund only if:
* We fail to deliver the website project within 30 days from the date of order confirmation and required content submission from the client.
If the project is not completed within the committed timeframe due to delays from our side, the customer may request a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
- Delay caused by incomplete information or content from the client
- Delay in approval, feedback, or communication from the client
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Custom feature requests beyond package scope
- Third-party service issues
- Domain registration charges
- Hosting usage charges after activation
- Completed or partially completed work already approved by the client
4. Domain Policy
Under our News Website Development packages, we provide free domain registration only for the following extensions:
- .com
- .in
- .net
Any premium domain names or other domain extensions may require additional charges.
Once a domain is registered, domain charges are non-refundable because domain registrations are managed through third-party registrars.
5. Hosting & Digital Services
Hosting services, SSL certificates, CDN services, Cloudflare setup, email services, and other third-party integrations activated for the project are non-refundable once configured.
6. Project Delivery Timeline
The standard delivery timeline is calculated after:
- successful payment confirmation
- submission of required client content/material
- confirmation of project requirements
Delays caused due to missing content, approval delays, or additional revision requests may extend the delivery timeline.
7. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
- refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days
- refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible
